Dogs on leads welcome in the fair and parkland.
Our only fair in the West Midlands is at this wonderful country park and will be held in front of Sandwell Park Farm.
Sandwell Park Farm is a fully restored working Victorian farm. Grazing meadows, a traditional farmyard, walled kitchen gardens, Grade II listed buildings, a small museum and award-winning tea rooms provide a perfect day out. The farm is home to a number of rare breed animals and is a member of the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.
There is a charge to enter the farm and other attractions at the venue.
Finding somewhere for a quiet walk is easy in Sandwell Valley Country Park, whether you are a keen rambler, or just want to go for a walk with the dog or family, with 660 acres to walk round, you can go for a quiet stroll in pleasant surroundings through woods, farmland and by pools and streams. Many of our footpaths are surfaced, providing access for all, though many are left as natural tracks to provide a sense of a real countryside. There is a trails map which shows the main footpaths through the Country Park and adjacent areas. Copies of the map are available from both Sandwell Park Farm and Forge Mill Farm and their website.
