"Great day out bought so many plants so thanks!" - Rachel on Facebook Sept 2022

Weston is an award winning stately home set in 1000 acres of "Capability" Brown parkland much of it wooded and planted with spring bulbs, bluebells, azaleas and rhododendrons.

The Southern Walled Garden was restored in 2005 and is now home to the Maze and Orchards where heritage varieties of apples are grown. In 2019 work began on the Northern garden and this is now a thriving vegetable garden with the harvest going straight to the Granary kitchens.

The Formal Gardens were created in the 1860’s with the garden designer William Brodrick Thomas who laid out stepped terraces providing a stately setting for the House, lifting it up within Capability Brown’s great park.

The Woodland Adventure Playground is a firm family favourite, packed full of equipment including log swings, climbing walls, slide, trampolines and one of the country’s longest double zip wires.

The Stables Cafe is just the place to stop off for a selection of excellent coffee, cakes, snacks and light bites. At the Bakery counter you can treat yourself to a simply delicious array of cured meats, cheese, delicacies and specials. Or enjoy lunch in the Granary Brasserie, Bar & Restaurant or view the latest exhibition in the Art Gallery.
